renowned clients worldwide. Her 8 years of HR
management experience partnered with her strong
leadership skills are critical factors in her effective
business and client management.
She provides oversight management of the entire
business, strategic and financial direction, as well as
supporting the business development activities to
ensure client retention and aligning new businesses
opportunities to fit with Butterfly’s business strategy
and vision.
Her vision for Butterfly is to be a leader in the
provision of HR management services globally. She
believes that this can be achieved by providing
efficient and effective turnkey HR management
solutions based on the complete understanding of the
aims, objectives, needs and systems of all our clients
worldwide.
Viji Nair
Viji has over 6 years of experience in recruitment and HR management. She has extensive experience in recruiting for a broad spectrum of positions for IT and Non IT Requirements. She has managed a number of recruitment drives across the country and these recruitment drives have been managed remotely. She has not only involved in search and selection processes of resources but also in testing and interviewing of different candidates. Viji continuously improves on her Recruitment Training and Assessment Certification.
Doubling up as recruitment head, she has come up with
a versatile and efficient recruitment process to ensure
that all our clients will be provided with highly skilled
and well-experienced staff in their operations. She is
responsible for the sourcing, screening and processing of
Butterfly’s consultants all over the world, and is used to
working within our client’s budgets and sometimes
extremely tight timelines.
Arun Menon
Arun is responsible for business development, client relationship management and new project mobilization globally. He maintains comprehensive oversight and management of these core functions ensuring Butterfly meets our ever evolving requirements to provide quality services to our clients. He ensures that all Butterfly’s global portfolio staffs are trained, skilled and operated in compliance with all company policies and procedures to effectively manage our clients and consultants. He has strong relationship building skills and ability to develop rapport, trust and respect at senior organizational levels. Effective collaborator who can communicate with people at all levels of an organization. Communicate complex HR related information clearly and with confidence. Manage multiple projects while maintaining the discipline to deliver quality results.
