Job Description

Responsible for closing deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Possessing excellent communication skills to convince prospects is a must. You must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers to inform them about the product.
  • Answer queries regarding the products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Maintain a database for customer information.
  • Proactive when there are clients grievances and suggestions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of 1 year as a Telecaller.
  • Should be computer literate.
  • Superb verbal communication.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalski.
  • Outstanding negotiation skill.
  • Ability to resolve issues and addressing complaints.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejections.
